She came to the US in Apr 1926 on ship run by Cunard Lines, arriving 16 Apr 1926 in either Boston or New Bedford. She traveled to the USA with her Grandmother (her father's mother, her name was Martha) and with her aunt Helen (Edwin Fenton's, grandma's father, sister).
After her grandmother Martha returned to England she went to live with Aunt Lillian (Betty's mother) on the Baron side of the family until her marriage to Howard.
Naturalization Paper dated 20 Dec 1939, New Bedford, MA.

See passenger list info (1927 SS Cedric, White Star Line) at her grandmother Martha Campbell. On that pass. list they stated they had not been to the USA before. She is put done as a sister of Mary [May] Mullin [is her aunt]. Dark complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, mole on right side of neck. 5 feet, 1 inch. Good condition of health, mental and physical.

In 1930 (census) living with Martha (before she moved back to England) in Fairhaven, MA. Rent $11.00 per month. Eva worked at the Card Room in the Cotton Mill. She is enlisted as a daughter of Martha. (Helen was married in 1929 to Charles Farrell).
