Chapman, Dorothy, E., 84, formerly of Everglade Ave., a manager for S&H Stamps before retiring died November 7, 2007 at the West Shore Health Center. She was the wife of the late George L. Chapman and a daughter of the late Frederick and Jennie Ostiguy Strohmier. Dorothy was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Cranston. She is survived by one son, Robert Chapman; two grandson, Jeremy and David Chapman. She was sister of the late Harry Strohmier and Evelyn Hanson. Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:30 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm.
