George A. Baron ROCHESTER, NY 賤 George A. Baron, 90, of Rochester, NY, died Friday, October 2, 2009. Born in New Bedford, George was a 1938 graduate of New Bedford Voke-Tech. He served in the Navy in WWII, later settling in Rochester, NY, where he worked many years at Kodak. He greatly enjoyed his retirement, volunteering as an elementary school tutor, reading, golfing and traveling extensively with his wife and best friend, Helen. Survived by Helen (Phillips) with whom he shared nearly 57 years of marriage; his daughters and their families: Nancy Baron of Holliston, MA; Patricia Baron-Mills of Conesus, NY; Susan Baron of Honeoye, NY and Pamela Marti of Olympia, WA; as well as his sister and nephews, Flora, Steven and David Barber of New Bedford.
